Xiaomi is expanding its presence in the gaming ecosystem by launching a new gaming mouse. This isn’t the first time Xiaomi has launched a mouse; however, the company is clearly targeting the gaming segment with this one. It’s also another piece in the company’s slowly-expanding gaming devices portfolio, which includesa gaming phoneand a laptop.
The Mi Gaming Mouse has a professional-tier 7200 dpi optical sensor with five adjustable speeds for smooth gameplay. It also has an ergonomic design, and micro-motion to support rapid actions. There’s support for functions such as quick key targeting, press and hold action among other such actions.
And since this is a gaming mouse, Xiaomi has added customizable LEDs for you to trick out your mouse. The Mi Gaming mouse is powered by a 32-bit ARM processor, and it can be programmed with 125/250/500/1000 four-speeds through the software. In addition to the standard array of buttons, the Mi Gaming mouse has two buttons on the top. The mouse has support for 30G acceleration and tracking speed of 150IPS.
The Mi Gaming Mouse looks very much part of the Mi gaming family, especially theMi Gaming Laptop, which features a similar black and dark gray look along with metal construction.
The Mi Gaming mouse is priced at 249 Yuan, which roughly translates to about Rs. 2,500; but there’s no info about its availability outside of China.
