Arcane Season 2 has finally concluded with an action-packed and gut-wrenching Act 3. Fans never thought the new season would surpass the first, as it was already a masterpiece, but it did. Be it the storytelling or the animation quality, Arcane Season 2 was a stunner. The series gave us some new characters, likeIsha, and some recurring characters, such as Caitlyn andAmbessa, got a chance to shine. Well, now that the second season has ended, many fans are wondering if there will be Arcane Season 3. Well, here’s the answer.

Is Arcane Season 3 Happening?

No, Arcane Season 3 isn’t happeningas the creators were clear from the beginning that Vi and Jinx would bid goodbye to us in the second season. As per a report byVariety, Arcane was supposed to run for five seasons. However, in an interview withCollider, Arcane’s co-creator Christian Linke clarified that the show was destined to end with two seasons. When asked if Arcane was planned to be two seasons long, Linke revealed:

“I would say we always had the story in mind. You have to get into it, to write it, to really see, “Okay, how long is it going to be exactly? How many episodes exactly?” But we always had the arcs for the characters in mind, and that’s really what tied it down. So, it felt pretty organic that it would be two seasons.”

Well, it literally overwhelmed the fanatics with its beauty even more than before. We alsolearned that the show had a budget of $250 million, and approximately 100 people were involved in the making of one season. So, it makes sense why the creators looked forward to wrapping the series in the second season.

But this isn’t the end of the road as the creators have confirmed that there aremore stories to tell in the League of Legends universe.
