The third and final installment of Sony’s Venom franchise is releasing soon. Even though initially taken with a pinch of salt, with the trailer released, people are now eagerly awaiting the release of Venom: The Last Dance. Now, with all the hype there’s a lot of stuff you guys would want to learn about the upcoming movie and here, I’ll give you the one-stop answer to all your queries about the Venom 3 release date, trailer, cast, and plot.

When Is Venom 3 Coming Out?

The trailer also shows us some kind of a military force hunting down Venom and Eddie so it has the potential of turning into a pretty intense flick. So, let’s wait till October 25 and see what Sony has brought us this time.

The cast of Venom 3 will seeTom Hardy returning as Eddie Brockand the voice of Venom, along with him we will get to see Peggy Lu reprise the role of Mrs. Chen, Stephen Graham in the role of Patrick Mulligan, the host of an evil symbiote called Toxin. The trailer for Venom: The Last Dance also shows us some new actors joining the cast.

Juno Temple is going to play the role of a scientist while Chiwetel Ejiofor will be playing a soldier. The names of both these characters have not been disclosed to us. Rhys Ifans is also confirmed to play a character named Martin in Venom 3.

Knullwill be making his first-ever live-action appearance and Andy Serkis is now confirmed to be theKnull actor in Venom 3.

The trailer for Venom 3 has made the plot of this movie kinda obvious without spoiling it for us as well. The official plot synopsis of Venom: The Last Dance is:

“For the final film in the trilogy, Eddie and Venom are on the run. Hunted by both of their worlds and with the net closing in, the duo is forced into a devastating decision that will bring the curtains down on Venom and Eddie’s last dance.”

Based on this synopsis, we can say that this movie will have a huge chunk featuring a cat-and-mouse chase between some organizations trying to hunt down Venom while they try to protect Earth from an invasion orchestrated by none other than Knull himself. However, how much screen time he will have is not yet specified but we will get to see creatures, as shown in the trailer, sent by him to take down Venom and Eddie while they try to stop afull-blown invasion by Klyntar, Venom’s home planet.

One of the biggest rumors floating around regarding Venom 3 is the cameo of Spider-Man in the movie. This stemmed from the post-credits scene of Spider-Man: No Way Home where we saw Eddie Brock blip into the MCU and leave a fragment of the Venom symbiote in a bar. However, in the trailer for Venom 3, a soldier played by Chiwetel Ejiofor caught that symbiote.

There are also rumors that we might get to seeAndrew Garfield’s Spider-Man in Venom 3. These rumors came into being when Rhys Ifans, who played The Lizard aka Doctor Curt Conners in The Amazing Spider-Man made an appearance in the Venom: The Last Dance trailer. This led to some theories that the events of Venom 3 would take place in the same universe as The Amazing Spider-Man movie. Now that it’s confirmed that Rhys Ifans is not playing Doctor Curt Conners and will appear as a guy named Martin, this theory has now been debunked.

However, a new theory suggests that Venom is going to teleport to the 616 Marvel continuity where he will bond with Tom Holland’s Peter Parker. Recently, the director of Venom 3, Kelly Marcel also confirmed thatVenom 3 isjust the beginningof Knull’s storyso we can assume thatSpider-Man 4might feature Venom and other symbiotes, considering that a rumor of this happening is already in the air. So, let’s wait and see what happens!

It has been confirmed that Knull will appear in Venom 3 as the main villain who is going to be launching a full-blown invasion on Earth with only Venom and Eddie standing in his way. As of now, it is being said that Knull will not have a direct interaction with Venom and will be seen mostly on his throne back at Klyntar.
