Jun. 11, 2018

[UPDATE: Fallout Shelter is now out on PlayStation 4, and we were able to download the game on our PS4]

Announcing the release of Fallout Shelter on the two new platforms, Bethesda’s Todd Howard said that the game has been played by over 120 million people, which is“more people than every game we have made combined”. He also said that the game will be available for free on the new platforms, as is the case with the earlier versions.

It’s worth noting that the company didn’t launch a demo or a gameplay trailer, so we’ll still have to wait to get an idea about how the game looks on the new platforms. Also, it isn’t immediately known whether there will be any new exclusive content added to the game for PS4 and Switch.

The company also announced that The Elder Scrolls: Legends will finally launch on Xbox One, PS4 and Switch this year after being released on Android, iOS, Windows and macOS last year. The company also confirmed that both Starfield and The Elder Scrolls VI are in development, although, it didn’t give any ETA for their launch.
