From the easiest Yellow category to the hardest Purple one, the NYT Connections game can quickly get difficult if you’re unprepared. Truth be told, the Purple group sure was hard today.

Today’s NYT Connections was easier on me than usual. I began by solving the Yellow category and quickly learned the words. The Green category came next, and while I didn’t realize Shoehorn meant cram, I got it in the end.
The Blue category, on the other hand, was a bit harder, but the saving grace here was Puma. With only four words left, I combined them to get the Purple category and the NYT Connections answers for December 8.
The Connections bot today didn’t fully agree with my performance, ranking me 57 out of an AVG of 79 steps.
