Here is a complete analysis of Robin’s pros and cons, so that you know whether to pull for her or not in Honkai Star Rail 2.2.

Robin has a strong offensive and support kit, and if built correct, she can increase the damage output significantly for any team, especially Follow-up attack-focused teams. She completely scales on Attack and has many team-widebuffswith great uptime.Image Courtesy: YouTube/Honkai Star Rail

Her skill gives a straight Damage buff to all the allies, and her UltimateAction Forwards all alliesby 100%, while also increasing their Attack.

When Robin has used her Ultimate, she enters the Concerto state. In this state, whenever an ally attacks an enemy, they receive additional Physical damage from Robin. One of the Ascension abilities further increases Damage dealt by Follow-up attacks when she is in the Concerto state.

Now that you understand her strengths and how to play her, let’s take a look at how Robin compares to other top support characters.

Robin is very strong in most Hypercarry teams, butshe particularly excels in Follow-up focused teams. If you have a lot of Follow-up focused DPS units, like Dr. Ratio, Clara, Topaz, or Aventurine, you can use them to increase the damage output by a lot.

However, other characters can also use Robin’s buffs and deal significantly more damage. She is a great unit for most teams.

Robin’s signature Light Cone, Flowing Nightglow is a strong Harmony Light Cone as it increases the wearer’s Attacks and Energy Regeneration Rate, while also buffing the damage dealt to allies. Her other Light Cone options are not that great, and the difference between her Signature Light Cone and her other usable Light Cones is quite big.

Nonetheless, you can still use Robin quite effectively without her Light Cone, but her Light Cone will significantly increase her efficiency.

Now that you have taken a look at everything Robin provides, let’s boil everything down to her strengths and weaknesses.

Robin’s Weakness:

Overall, Robin is a very strong Harmony unit andis a must-pull if you have a Follow-up attack-focused team.I will recommend you pull for Robin if you have the spare Stellar Jades and especially if you missed out on Ruan Mei.
