Even though this animated movie was already scheduled for a given release date, the outbreak of the SAG-AFTRA strikes left us wondering if it would actually come out. So, in this article, let’s talk about the Transformers One release date and everything we know about it so far!

Transformers One Release Date

According to an X post that reads “Every hero has an Origin,” Transformers One is most probably going to explore how Optimus became Optimus Prime, and I am excited is an understatement.

So, brace yourself for this one, we all know that until now, Optimus Prime was voiced byMr. Peter Cullenwho has a special place in our hearts as Transformers fans with his one-of-a-kind voice. But, if we talk about the cast of Transformers One, Marvel’s God of Thunder,Chris Hemsworth, will voice Optimus Prime.

Now if Optimus Prime will be there, how can his nemesis, Megatron be left behind?So, joining the ensemble with Hemsworth isBrian Tyree Henryas the voice ofMegatron. Scarlett Johansson is also part of the cast and will voice Elita, one of the female Transformers who joined Optimus in his search for Energon.

I know that some of us are going to be skeptical of Hemsworth playing Optimus, but hey, let’s not judge him before witnessing how he performs.
