However, if it’s coming off as a bit blurry, maybe some help is going to help clear the lens for you. So, let’s take a look at the hints and answers for the April 6 NYT Strands!
What is the Theme for Today’s NYT Strands?
As revealed by the New York Times, the theme for today’s Strands is“Picture this”.
The theme today made things a little too obvious but brought the right amount of fun to the table.

Every Strands game has that one Spangram that you need to decipher and today’s was no exception. The hint for today’s Spangram is –“Capturing moments”.
If you have figured out the Spangram from the above hint, figuring out the theme words will be easy. However, I don’t want to ruin it for you. Instead, here are hints to two out of six theme words that may help you:

If you have scrolled this far, you are probably ready to see the answers. So, let’s take a look at today’s theme words in Strands:
If you have studied photography in high school like I did, it will probably seem all too easy. And my limited knowledge helped me find LIGHT, TRIPOD, and TIMER in seconds. That led me straight to PHOTOGRAPHY as the Spangram for the day. The next bit was easy too, and in quick succession, I found CAMERA and TRIPOD side by side at the top.
With a couple more theme words to go, I found FLASH at the bottom right and FILTER running from the middle to the top. That concluded our Strands for the day, and I was happy with having used no hints at all.
