It was hardly a surprise I began by solving the Green category for the NYT Connections puzzle. I am a big Western fan, so solving these was easier than a Mexican Standoff! The Yellow category came next, and even though I haven’t worked out for years, I used to hit the gym from time to time.
The Blue category was a bit tricky to solve, but thinking about Carter and Gore led me to some quick Googling, which certainly helped.
As always, there were only four words. I mashed them all together and got the Purple category and, with it, the NYT Connections puzzle for April 29.
