Here is a quick step-by-step process to show you how you can use the new Reveal sticker on your Instagram stories.

When someone views it, they have to reply to your story and it will get unblurred automatically. You don’t need to approve it or reply to the message.

This feature is going to be great for creators as they can get some engagement out of their audiences. Plus, the fact that you don’t have to respond to their DM saves you the hassle of replying to every message to let them view your story.

Along with this, Instagram also introduced anAdd Yours Music stickerthat works similarly to theAdd Yours sticker. You can ask others to share their favorite music tracks by replying to your stories. We also saw the addition of theFrame stickerthat turns your photos into Polaroids that are hidden. You need to shake your phone to reveal the photo, like you would do with an actual Polaroid photo.

These new additions allow creators new ways to post their stories and farm engagement on the platform. I can’t help but wonder whether there would be a restricted version of the Reveal sticker where only the DMs that you approve can view your story, adding a privacy measure to this option. For now, I think it’s just a good way to strike up a conversation with someone that you have been wanting to on the app.

But what are your thoughts about it? Have you tried the Reveal sticker yet, and tell us how you are going to use it in the comments below.
