How to Unmute Notes on Instagram

It is understandable if you have had tomute someone’s InstagramNotes to avoid overwhelm and clutter. However, if it is causing you to miss some of their important updates or if you have changed your mind, you can actually easily unmute notes on an Instagram account. So, here’s a detailed guide to help you out and get those notes back on track!

There are two ways to go about unmuting someone’s Instagram Notes – from either in-app settings or someone’s Instagram Profile. Now, since the Android and iOS apps for Instagram have a similar interface, we’ve used an Android phone to outline the steps for both these methods.

While Instagram lets you view Notes across all platforms, you can only unmute someone’s Notes from its Android or iPhone apps. The web version, desktop app, and Instagram Lite mobile app doesn’t give you the option to unmute Notes.

Method 1: Unmute Instagram Notes from the Settings

Once you head over to the Instagram app on your iPhone or Android device, follow these steps:
