1. Reset the Fire Stick or Alexa Voice Remote
You can reset a Fire Stick Remote using a combination of buttons, similar to how you can use a different button combination torestart your Fire TV Stick.
The process of resetting the 1st Gen Alexa remote is quite similar to resetting the current Gen Fire Stick. The only difference is you do not have to hold the Back button.
