How to Preload Path of Exile 2 on PC (Game Client)

Update: The pre-download for the PC game client has been delayed.

Path of Exile 2 developers have announced that they will release a standalone PC client for download onDecember 5 at 5 PM PST. Players will be able to pre-load the game on a PC using this client.
