How to Get Miquella’s Great Rune in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree

When that happens, a phenomenon occurs where every NPC in search of the kind one snaps out of it. It so happens that you can actually get Miquella’s Great Rune in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. So, where do you find this Great Rune, and how do you use it? Let’s take a look!

Miquella’s Great Rune Location in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree
After Miquella’s Great Rune shatters when you enter the Shadow Keep, you can get the item by going to theShadow Keep Church District. However, the Scadutree Avatar boss stands in the way. While one of the optional bosses, it can pose a threat.
Once you interact with the lever, you must enter the church district and interact with theSunken Chapel Site of Grace. From here, go to an area with the dead tree, defeat the Erdtree Beast which is a minor enemy, and just past the dead tree,take a rightto run through a door. The path from here is straightforward. You must ride an elevator, go through the tree worship passage, and reach the tree worship Sanctum.
Then, you have to fight theScadutree Avatar and defeat the boss. Once you do it, you’ll get Miquella’s Great Rune as an item in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.
Once you have Miquella’s Great Rune, you’ll have to learn how to use it. Fortunately, you use it just like any other item in-game. Unlike other great runes, where you must visit a tower and get the great rune, you use it like astandard inventory item.
Go to your inventory and equip Miquella’s Great Rune as an item in your inventory slot. Then, select it just like you would choose the Flask of Crimson Tears. However, this itemcomes in handy only when you reach the game’s final boss when you reach the end of the game.
During the second phase of thePromised Consort, Radahn’s boss fight, where he turns into Radahn, Consort of Miquella, he’ll do a grab where you’ll instantly die as Miquella charms you and steals your heart.
When the grab happens,use the broken runeto dispel the charm and continue the fight. Since the rune was why people charmed by Miquella were tracking him down, the fractured rune dispels that charm from them. And that same applies when you use that broken rune to dispel that charm.
