How to Catch the Megalodon in Fisch Roblox
Dec. 1, 2024The Ancient Isles update in Roblox Fisch is finally here, introducing an all-new island in the game. With this new update, we have a new limited-time fish called the Megalodon. Some of you might be familiar with this huge shark as it was once the largest fish to ever exist in the real world about 3.2 million years ago. Now, you too can catch this ancient fish and show it off to your friends. So, what are you waiting for, learn how to catch the Megalodon in Roblox Fisch here.
Where to Find Megalodon in Fisch
The Megalodon is only available during theMegalodon Hunt, which happens behind the Ancient Isles. Look out for the notification on the top of your screen saying the event is currently happening on your server.

The Megalodon is the only fish in the game that has a cutscene once you catch it. Moreover, you see a cool animation of the fish jumping out of the water above your head with its eyes glowing red and a few sparks coming out of it. To catch this Exotic fish in the game you need to fulfill the following conditions:
Head under thesparkling reddish-black cloudduring the Megalodon event behind the Ancient Isles and turn on your Fish Radar to reach the specific location. Use theShark Bait, start fishing in this red shaded region, and wait for the Megalodon to get hooked to your rod.
Once hooked, the fish will reduce the progress speed by 80%. So, you will need a rod with good Control and Resilient stat as the fish moves frantically in the progress bar.
The first choice for endgame players is theNo-Life Rod or the Rod of the Forgotten Fang. If you are a mid-game player, you might consider the King’s Rod as it has high Resilience and control as well as Infinite Max Kg stat.
Furthermore, enchanting the No-Life Rod and Rod of the Forgotten Fang with Hasty, Controlled, or Steady will be the best choice. For the King’s Rod, consider enchanting it with Hasty, Divine, or Quality to make your fishing experience better.
