How to Catch the Ancient Depth Serpent in Fisch

Catching this Serpent will not be an easy task because it spawns at a specific time. Moreover, you must meet all the requirements to have the best chance of spawning the Serpent. How to Get the Ancient Depth Serpent in Fisch
The Ancient Depth Serpent spawns in the newly added location, The Depths. You must always be alert and notice the bottom of the screen for this particular message – “The depths have grown darker.” This means the Absolute Darkness event has started, and the Serpent can spawn anytime.
At this point, you need to find a glowinggolden-yellow color patch in the water bodies. The Absolute Darkness Event will make the Depths darker than before. When you locate the patch, head over to that area and start fishing. The Serpent will have the best chance at spawning if the following conditions are met:
The Ancient Depth Serpent weighs over750kgand will move frantically once it’s hooked. Therefore, at least a Steady rod with Divine or Hasty enchantment is required to catch it. However, I would recommend bringing theRod of the Depthsor the No-Life Rod to get this fish easily.
If you are using the Rod of the Depths, consider enchanting it with Resilient or Hasty. If you wish to use the No-Life Rod, you may enchant it with Resilient or Divine to get the best results. The Depths is not a specific island; you won’t find it if you roam around the ocean. Firstly, you need to look for aStrange Whirlpoolin the ocean. It will appear in the game after every 10-15 minutes, and you will get notified with a message on top of the screen. This whirlpool is different from the usual ones as ahuge line aura risesfrom its surface. Once you get close to such a whirlpool, jump into it, and you will reach Vertigo.
To open the gates of the Depths, you will need theDepths Key. Finally, submit the key to the NPC, The Keeper sitting beside the gates to open them. Walk straight and cross the narrow passage to enter the Depths. Here, you can start fishing anywhere near the waters while watching the message about the Absolute Darkness event.
