Honkai Star Rail 2.7: Release Date, Leaks & Banners
Oct. 30, 2024Honkai Star Rail 2.7 will be the final version before players head into Amphoreus in version 3.0. This version is set to reveal a ton of secrets and lore. The 2.7 version will feature two of the most highly anticipated characters, Fugue and Sunday. Other than that, we will also get a new floor on the Astral Express with Trailblazer’s room. Honkai Star Rail 2.7 Release Date
HSR 2.7 is confirmed to add two new 5-star playable characters —Sunday and Fugue. Sunday has been missing ever since version 2.3, so we will finally learn about his whereabouts and part in the next Trailblazing mission of Amphoreus. Fugue is the revived version of Tingyun and she is likely going to be a massive link to the next altercation with the Anti-Matter Legion and Phantylia, the Undying.
Other than that, for rerun characters in HSR 2.7, we can expect a rerun of Firefly or Boothill, Ruan Mei, and possibly Dr. Ratio. There isalso a possibility of Indelible Coterie event banner to return,featuring three rerun characters at the same time as in version 2.5. Although there aren’t any concrete leaks so far about the 2.7 events, we have pieced together information from multiple leaks together. First, if we look at the Stellar Jade leak, we find theCosmic Home Decor eventandBetween the Frames event. The Cosmic Home Decor event will likely be connected to the new Party car and Trailblazer’s new room in the Astral Express.
Other than that, the Gift of Odyssey, Planar Fissure, and Garden of Plenty have become common events for every version. Here is a quick summary of all the possible HSR 2.7 events:
HSR 2.7 will likely continue the story from the 2.5 continuance mission, withRuan Meistepping into Xianzhou Luofu and the revived Tingyun sharing her story. Other than that, we will finally haveSunday re-enter the story, although his role is still unclear. Alongside that, we will likely get more information on theGodslayer protocol, a plan proposed by Jingliu and Luocha to the Marshal of the Xianzhou Alliance, for defeating the Aeon of Abundance.
According to leaks,Sunday is expected to join the Astral Expressalongside Black Swan in their journey to Amphoreus. This is all we currently know about the upcoming story, but we will update if any new leak surfaces.
So far, there isn’t any leak for an area expansion in version 2.7, but we are confirmed to geta new area in the Astral Express. On this new floor of the Astral Express, the Trailblazer will finally get their own room, which will also have interactable furniture. This room can be decorated by players using items won in limited events.
Other than thenew room for the Trailblazer,a new party carwill also be added. This party car will also have visitors like the lounge area of the Astral Express.
According to recent leaks, a new robot NPC ‘Shush’ will also be added to the Party car, alongside a bar where you can purchase drinks. Players will also be able to change Pom-Pom’s dress in the car, with one leak revealing a chef’s outfit in version 2.7.
