Honkai Star Rail 1.6 Banners: Upcoming Characters and Light Cones
Dec. 14, 2023Honkai Star Rail 1.5 update is halfway past the 2nd phase, and everyone’s attention is now set on the upcoming 1.6 banners. The Honkai Star Rail 1.6 update will feature three new characters — Ruan Mei, Dr. Ratio, and Xueyi. Besides the new characters, the banners will also feature two reruns of popular banners — Kafka and Blade. Now, let’s look at all the Honkai Star Rail 1.6 banners.
Honkai Star Rail 1.6 Banners
The first phase of the HSR 1.6 character banner will feature two 5-star characters —Ruan Meiand Blade. Alongside them, Xueyi, March 7th, and Tingyun will be available as 4-star characters.
Furthermore, the second phase of the character banners will featureDr. Ratioand Kafka as 5-star characters. Besides that, the4-star characters — Sushang, Natasha, and Hook— will accompany them in the second phase of Honkai Star Rail 1.6 banners.
Interestingly, as revealed in the Honkai Star Rail 1.6 livestream, you canget the 5-star character Dr. Ratio for free.
For weapon banners, the first phase will feature the 5-star signature light cones of Ruan Mei and Blade —Past Self in MirrorandThe Unreachable Side. Whereas, the second phase will feature Dr. Ratio and Kafka’s 5-star signature light cones—Baptism of Pure Thought and Patience is All You Need.
Honkai Star Rail banners have 2 phases. Each phase has two 5-star characters and Light Cones, and three 4-star characters and Light Cones. The banners can run newly released characters or rerun old characters. Typically, each phase lasts 21 days (3 weeks), and each version lasts 42 days (6 weeks). The banners have a pity system to help players pull the limited 5-star characters.
