This is the story of two high-schoolers, namely Momo Ayase and Ken Takakura, who each believe in two different supernatural beings. While Momo believes in ghosts, she believes aliens do not exist, and Okarun (a pet name Takakura gets in the anime) believes the opposite.

In the anime, they will challenge each other to visit locations to see if aliens and ghosts exist, setting off a chain of paranormal events. And to give you a hint, there are many different paranormal beings involved in the story, along with new students and some family jewels.
